Information we collect
- Your name, address, postcode, email address and contact number.
- Details you give us about your property, current heating and yearly energy usage.
- Any description or notes you include in an enquiry or quote request.
- Basic technical information such as your device type and pages visited, where your browser provides it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To carry out surveys, design and installation work you ask us to do.
- To meet certification, warranty and record-keeping obligations (for example MCS).
- To answer questions about work we have carried out for you.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for enquiries), performance of a contract (for work we carry out), and legal obligation (for certification and accounting records).
Sharing your information
We only share your details where it is needed to deliver your project or meet our obligations — for example with certification bodies and scheme administrators, equipment manufacturers for warranty registration, and our installation and IT service providers. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed installations are kept for the length of the warranty and certification period, and financial records for at least six years as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.
